Why do you charge shipping?

I charge shipping (flat rate for UK orders, and dependant on weight for international orders) because I am then able to price the items I have for sale more fairly.  If I offer free shipping that cost has to be reflected in the individual item costs and makes them more expensive.

What are your shipping times?

I try my hardest to get orders sent out within 2 to 3 days of receiving them.  I run the shop on my own so sometimes it can take a little longer than that, especially if an order is received the day before subscription boxes ship (15th of each month) or when the sabbat pre-orders are shipping.  If you need an item quickly please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate your requirements.

Why don't you sell spells?

I firmly believe that the magick you cast yourself is far more powerful than magick anyone else can cast for you.  Intentions are very powerful things, and although I can do my best to understand exactly what you are asking for, you will do a much better job of explaining it to yourself than to me - there's a feeling you get that you can't always verbalise.  I sell spell kits that include ingredients and supplies you can use in your spells, but you get to add your own intention and truly personalise it.

What packaging do you use?

Where ever possible I use packaging that is re-usable, recyclable, or biodegradable.  I avoid plastic as much as possible, both in packaging and products.  There are situations where I am unable to use an environmentally alternative, such as wrapping breakable items such as ceramics and glass, and in those situations I use recycled bubblewrap.

I want an item that's out of stock - when will it be back?

As a small business I often only buy a small quantity of items at a time.  If there is an item that is out of stock but you would like, please send me a message through the contact us page and I will be able to let you know if and when the item is likely to be back.  Sabbat boxes and subscription boxes are listed with the total number available for purchase, and once those are sold out there will not be a restock.

What if my payment fails?

During the check out process you payment will be check and either PayPal or Shopify will notify you at the time that your payment has failed.  If there is a consistent error and your payment cannot be taken even though there are sufficient funds in your account, please do let me know using the contact us form.

If you payment for a subscription box fails, then you will receive an email from ReCharge informing you that your payment has failed and that a second attempt to take payment will be made.  If you do not receive this email and have not had your subscription charge taken from your bank account, please contact me through the contact us page and I can check the status of your subscription.  Where possible I try to monitor the subscription payments and inform people for payment errors, but this is not always possible.  If your subscription payment fails twice then your subscription service will be cancelled and you will have to renew the subscription manually.  If this is the case, please contact me and I can provide assistance if required.
